Roger Bannister
(1)In 1954, at the Iffley Road Track in Oxford, England, medical student Roger Bannister becomes the first person in recorded history to run the mile in under four minutes.
(2)Roger was faced with several obstacles, like prioritising two things he loved. In order for him to have gone running, he felt he needed to put med school first. Bannister had limited time to train, as he was enrolled at St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School. He would run 30 minutes most days, focusing the rest of his time on his study of neurology.
(3) I think technology could have impacted this if there were an easier way to multitask. Maybe in the future theyll be a chine that stops time to let you have time to do other things.

(5)I see Roger as an inspiration because id like to be able to multitask the way he did. I wish to become a dermatologist and an actress at the same time. Maybe even dancing and singing. He managed to be a doctor and one of the fastest runners ive heard of.
